Forward your calls to another phone number, including your home, work, mobile or even an international number.

To activate this feature is really easy, just follow these simple steps:
1.Dial *72
2.Enter the forwarding number
3.Press #

When forwarding calls you will be billed for any local and long distance charges incurred.
Your calls will continue to be forward until you deactivate the service.

To deactivate this feature is really easy, just follow this simple step:

3-way calling
Talk with two persons at the same time with a 3-way conversation on your landline phone.

3-way calling is an included feature that is typically added to your account when you first activate service. If you wish to confirm you have this feature, please contact customer care or send us an e-mail.

When making a 3-way call, local and/or long distance charges will apply for the simultaneous calls for the duration of the call.

To use this feature is really easy, just follow these simple steps:

    1. Make your first call.
    2. While on the first call, press and release the flash button (hang up button) to receive dial tone.
    3. Dial the second number.
    4 .When the second person answers press and release the flash button (hang up button) to connect both persons and yourself. If the second person does not answer press the flash button (hang up button) twice to end the connection and go back to the first person.
    5. To end both conversations completely hang up the phone.
Call waiting
With call waiting you’ll know if another call is coming in when you’re already on the line. And if you have the caller ID feature as well the names and numbers of incoming calls will be displayed when you are on the phone.

This feature allows you to put a call on hold while you answer a second incoming call. A beep-tone alerts you of another incoming call. To switch between calls press the flash button (hang up button).
De-activate call waiting
Call waiting can be de-activated on a per call basis. This feature is commonly used when a call is not to be disturbed.

To de-activate call waiting:

1.Dial *70
2.Listen for two beep-tones
3.Now make your call
4.Call waiting will be restored when you hang up
Self block code
Helps you control the calls made from your landline by using a four (4) digit pin code.
