For automated GPRS activation on your phone:
1.Send a blank SMS to 1133
2.You will in return receive a SMS message from Telcell with the request to enter a pass code
3.Enter the pass code 1234
4.Set the savings as the default settings
GPRS is now activated on your phone
If you receive an error message please contact our customer care to insure the proper settings are installed on your phone.
The number of the person calling is displayed on your phone screen, with the exception of private numbers.
To retrieve a voicemail is just $0.25 per 10 minutes!
Set-up your voicemail:
1. Contact customer service to activate you voicemail
2. Set your call divert setting to voicemail on your phone by following these simple steps:
a. Go to the main menu
b. Select settings
c. Select call
d. Select call divert
e. Choose when you would like your call to be diverted
f. Choose activate
g. Choose to voicemail
h. Enter the number 171 or +599171
i. Select OK
Your phone is now activated to receive voice mail messages.

Once activated, all unanswered calls are diverted to your personal mailbox.
