Important Note: Phone number is given away after 90 days of suspension.
All you need to know to manage your pre-paid Home Phone account:
Dial *511 – to top-up your account balance
Dial *512 – to check your account balance and expiration date
Dial *513 – to set the language (English or Spanish)
If you do not top-up your account for a period of 90 days your account will be terminated.
However, reserve number arrangements can be made if you’re going on an extended vacation.
Your account balance expires sixty or thirty (60 or 30) days after topping-up your account. So, be sure to top-up your account before the expiration date.
Topping-up your account with 2 or more prepaid cards at the same time will result in 1 expiry date.
All International calls are via SMITCOMS.

With caller ID you know who is calling before you answer your phone.
Call waiting
With call waiting you’ll know if another call is coming in when you’re already on the line. And if you have the caller ID feature as well, the names and numbers of incoming calls will be displayed when you are on the phone., This feature allows you to put a call on hold while you answer a second incoming call. A beep-tone alerts you of another incoming call. To switch between calls press the flash button (hang up button).
De-activate call waiting
Call waiting can be deactivated on a per-call basis. This feature is commonly used when a call is not to be disturbed.
To de-activate call waiting:
Dial *70
Listen for two beep-tones
Now make your call
Call waiting will be restored when you hang up
