When is disconnection and how is the public to know?
Disconnection days are the first/second week in the month. The disconnection date can be seen on your bill in the upper right hand corner. The public is notified via radio, newspaper ads and cable tv bulletin board.
How can I be sure the calls on my bill where made from my phone?
Visit our complaints department at our office locations and request a detail print out of your calls. Or visit our view bills in my account section on the website.
If I want to pay my bill via the bank, what are my choices and how is this done?
Payments via the bank can be made in the following ways:
Standing orders
Online banking
How can I pay my bill without standing in line?
By way of:
A cheque; drop it in the drop box at our main office branch
Online banking
Power of attorney
Standing orders at your bank.
I visited your account section on the website, but I do not have a password?
To obtain a password, visit our Customer Care department at any of our office locations and request a password. At your convenience you may change your password by: going to account settings, located at the top right, click on customer information, and select change password, and change your password to a password of your choice.
