MOVING TO A NEW HOME

Moving to a new house or apartment can be a difficult, stressful time. There are many things to organize, together with the physical trouble of moving somewhere new. Being well organized and planning in advance can make the experience less stressful.

If you would like to maintain your telephone and/or internet service, the account holder must visit our customer care at any of our office locations to make a request or send a written request for a line transfer with a copy of their valid id. The new address has to be indicated in the request.

Types of line transfers

Internal transfers are within the same district. For example, your old home is in Philipsburg, and your new home is also in Philipsburg, you may then maintain your existing phone number. The cost for this transfer is ANG 140.00.

External transfers are from one district to another district. For example, your old home is in Philipsburg, but your new home is in Cole Bay, this would require a new phone number; therefore the cost for this service is ANG 225.00.

The length of time for the line transfer varies depending on whether a line is available, the condition of the lines in your area and other technical considerations, such as availability of equipment, etc. We however do our best to provide you with our services within two weeks.
